Common use of Investment of Fund Clause in Contracts

Investment of Fund. Section 505(c) of the Settlement Act provides that, upon the Enforcement Date, the Secretary shall invest amounts in the Fund in accordance with— 9.3.1. the Act of April 1, 1880 (21 Stat. 70, ch. 41, 25 U.S.C.161); 9.3.2. the first section of the Act of June 24, 1938 (52 Stat. 0000, xx. 000, 00 X.X.X. 000x); and 9.3.3. the American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994 (25 U.S.C. 4001 et seq.).
