Investment of Funds Deposited in Collateral Account. (a) The Collateral Trustee shall invest and reinvest moneys on deposit in the Collateral Account at any time in Cash Equivalents as directed in writing by Satmex so long as no Enforcement Period is in effect. All such investments of funds in the Collateral Account, including any Sub-Account, the interest and income received thereon and the net proceeds realized on the sale or redemption thereof shall be held in the Collateral Account or such Sub-Account as part of the Trust Estate.
