Investment of Funds in the Investment Accounts. (a) The Servicer may direct, by means of written directions (which may be standing directions), any depository institution maintaining the Collection Account to invest the funds in the Collection Account (for purposes of this Section 3.10, an “Investment Account”) in one or more Permitted Investments bearing interest or sold at a discount, and maturing, unless payable on demand, (i) no later than the Business Day immediately preceding the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if a Person other than the Securities Administrator is the obligor thereon, and (ii) no later than the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if the Securities Administrator is the obligor on such Permitted Investment. Amounts in the Distribution Account may be invested in Permitted Investments as directed in writing by the Master Servicer and maturing, unless payable on demand, (i) no later than the Business Day immediately preceding the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if a Person other than the Securities Administrator is the obligor thereon, and (ii) no later than the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if the Securities Administrator is the obligor thereon. (d) The Trustee, the Master Servicer or their respective Affiliates are permitted to receive additional compensation that could be deemed to be in the Trustee’s or the Master Servicer’s economic self-interest for (i) serving as investment adviser, administrator, shareholder servicing agent, custodian or sub-custodian with investment discretion over such Investment Account shall:respect to certain of the Permitted Investments, (ii) using Affiliates to effect transactions in certain Permitted Investments and (iii) effecting transactions in certain Permitted Investments. Such compensation shall not be considered an amount that is reimbursable or payable to the Trustee or the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.02 or this Section 3.03 or otherwise payable in respect of Extraordinary Trust Fund Expenses. Such additional compensation shall not be an expense of the Trust Fund.

(a) The Servicer may direct, by means of written directions (which may be standing directions), direct any depository institution maintaining the Collection Account to invest and the funds in the Collection Extra Servicing Fee Reserve Account (for purposes of this Section 3.103.12, an "Investment Account”) "), and the Trust Administrator shall direct any depository institution maintaining the Distribution Account (for purposes of this Section 3.12, also an "Investment Account"), to invest the funds in such Investment Account in one or more Permitted Investments specified in such instruction bearing interest or sold at a discount, and maturing, unless payable on demand, (i) no later than the Business Day immediately preceding the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if a Person other than the Securities Trust Administrator is the obligor thereonthereon and if neither the Trust Administrator nor its Affiliates manages or advises such investments, and (ii) no later than the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if the Securities Trust Administrator is the obligor on such Permitted Investment. The Servicer shall deposit in the Collection Account maintained by the Servicer the amount of any loss incurred in respect of any such Permitted Investment made with funds in such account immediately upon realization of such loss. All earnings and gain realized from the investment of funds deposited in the Distribution Account shall be for the benefit of the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer shall remit from its own funds for deposit into the Distribution Account the amount of any loss incurred on Permitted Investments in the Distribution Account. (c) Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, if any default occurs in the making of a payment due under any Permitted Investment, or if a default occurs in any other performance required under any Permitted Investment, the Trustee may, and subject to Section 9.01 and Section 9.02(a)(v), shall, at the written direction of the Servicer, take such action as may be appropriate to enforce such payment or performance, including the institution and prosecution of appropriate proceedings. (d) The Trustee, the Master Servicer or their respective Affiliates are permitted to receive additional compensation that could be deemed to be in the Trustee's or the Master Servicer's economic self-interest for (i) serving as investment adviser, administrator, shareholder servicing agent, custodian or sub-custodian with respect to certain of the Permitted Investments, (ii) using Affiliates to effect transactions in certain Permitted Investments and (iii) effecting transactions in certain Permitted Investments. Such compensation shall not be considered an amount that is reimbursable or payable to the Trustee or the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.09 or 3.10 or otherwise payable in respect of Extraordinary Trust Fund Expenses. (a) The Servicer may direct, by means of written directions (which may be standing directions), any depository institution maintaining the Collection Account to invest the funds in the Collection Account (for purposes of this Section 3.10, an “Investment Account”) in one or more Permitted Investments bearing interest or sold at a discount, and maturing, unless payable on demand, (i) no later than the Business Day immediately preceding the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if a Person other than the Securities Administrator is the obligor thereon, and (ii) no later than the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if the Securities Administrator is the obligor on such Permitted Investment.
