Common use of Investment of Funds on Deposit in the Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Investment of Funds on Deposit in the Reserve Account. (i) Funds on deposit in the Reserve Account shall be invested in Eligible Investments by or at the written direction of the Debtor, provided that if a Termination Event shall have occurred, such investments shall be limited to the Eligible Investments set forth in items A, B and C of Exhibit D hereto. Any such written directions shall specify the particular investment to be made and shall certify that such investment is an Eligible Investment and is permitted to be made under this Agreement.

(i) Funds on deposit in the Reserve Account shall be invested in Eligible Investments by or at the written direction of the DebtorBorrower, provided that if a Termination Event shall have occurred, such investments shall be limited to made at the Eligible Investments set forth in items A, B and C direction of Exhibit D heretothe Deal Agent. Any such written directions shall specify the particular investment to be made and shall certify that such investment is an Eligible Investment and is permitted to be made under this Agreement.
