Common use of Investment of Partnership Funds Clause in Contracts

Investment of Partnership Funds. All funds of the Partnership and its Subsidiaries shall be either (i) deposited in the name of the Partnership or the applicable Subsidiary in such accounts as shall be designated by the General Partner or (ii) invested at the General Partner’s discretion. Withdrawals therefrom shall be made solely by such officers of the Partnership or of the applicable Subsidiary, as applicable, or other duly appointed individuals as the General Partner may designate.
