Common use of Investment of Xxxxxxx Money Clause in Contracts

Investment of Xxxxxxx Money. Escrow Agent will invest the Xxxxxxx Money pursuant to Purchaser’s reasonable directions in an interest bearing account at a commercial bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Escrow Agent shall notify Purchaser and Seller, no later than one (1) business day after Escrow Agent’s receipt thereof, that Escrow Agent has received the Xxxxxxx Money in immediately available funds, and is holding the same in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Escrow Agent shall invest the Xxxxxxx Money only in such accounts as will allow Escrow Agent to disburse the Xxxxxxx Money upon no more than one (1) business day’s notice.
