Investment Strategy and Restrictions. In performing its services under this Agreement, the Manager shall have regard to, and shall comply with, the Investment Strategy and the Investment Restrictions set out in Part E of this Agreement and in the Application Form. Pe Investor’s attention is also drawn to the Manager’s co-investment policy set out in the Investment Overview.
