Common use of Investment Strategy Clause in Contracts

Investment Strategy. 2.1 Your Stocks and Shares ISA will be invested on a discretionary basis in accordance with your Objectives set out by you in your Account subject always to the requirements of HM Revenue & Customs (“HMRC”). 2.2 For each new tax year, all contributions to your Account will be allocated first to your Stocks and Shares ISA until the maximum subscription is reached for that year, or until your own pre-set limit. Once the maximum subscription or your own pre-set limit is reached, future contributions are allocated to the non-ISA remainder of your Account 2.3 We will review your Stocks and Shares ISA on a regular basis to ensure that it is still suitable for you based on your current Objectives. We will automatically re-balance your Stocks and Shares ISA on a regular basis without obtaining your consent to do so.
