Personal interest of Trustee. (a) Where the Trustee or any Associate of the Trustee has an interest in a contract or arrangement, or proposed contract or arrangement, or in a matter being considered or about to be considered by the Trustee, the Trustee must disclose the nature of the interest to the Noongar Advisory Company, Noongar Corporations Committee and the Investment Committee.

  • Replacement of Trustee A resignation or removal of the Trustee and appointment of a successor Trustee shall become effective only upon the successor Trustee's acceptance of appointment as provided in this Section.   • Resignation of Trustee Any Trustee hereunder may resign by a notice in writing delivered to the Grantor, if the Grantor is then living, and, after the Grantor’s death, to all current Beneficiaries of the Trust.
