Investments; Dividends. All cash deferrals shall be deemed invested in Shares based on the Fair Market Value of the Shares on the Payment Date. During the period of deferral, the Participant’s deferral account shall be credited with regular dividends paid with respect to the deferred Shares. All cash dividends shall be deemed reinvested in Shares based on the Fair Market Value of the Shares on the date the dividend is paid.
