Investor Experience. Investor has (i) sufficient knowledge and experience in business and financial matters to evaluate the Company, its proposed activities and the risks and merits of this investment, (ii) the capacity to protect its own interests in connection with the purchase of the Shares by virtue of its business or financial expertise and (iii) the ability to accept the high risk and lack of liquidity inherent in this type of investment.
