Common use of Investor Rights Clause in Contracts

Investor Rights. All Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant are subject to the registration rights provisions of that certain Addendum No. 1 to Restated Rights Agreement dated as of August 15, 1999 (the "RIGHTS AGREEMENT"), as such agreement may be amended from time to time. In order to enforce the foregoing covenant, the Company may impose stop-transfer instructions with respect to any securities of the Company held by the Holder until the end of such period.
