Common use of Investor Service Expense Payments Clause in Contracts

Investor Service Expense Payments. (a) Subject to paragraph (c) of this section, the Company agrees to pay each Insurer at the end of each calendar quarter an amount equal, on an annual basis, to % of average daily net assets supporting the Shares held by separate accounts of that Insurer throughout that calendar quarter. (b) The Company or GEAM shall calculate and make the payment described in paragraph (a) of this section within 90 days of the end of each calendar quarter. (c) The Company and each Insurer agrees that Shares will be offered only in connection with Contracts and Policies shown on Schedule B hereof. (d) The Insurers and the Company understand that the Company may enter into similar agreements for record keeping and other administrative services with other insurance companies with regard to the Shares, the Fund, or any other Fund of the Company.
