Expense Allowance. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

The expense rates shown in clauses (ii) and (iii) above will be reduced proportionately when the Accounting Period is less than a full calendar quarter.
