Invited Signatories. Invited Signatories are parties that have specific responsibilities as defined in this Agreement. Those Invited Signatories who actually sign this Agreement have the same rights with regard to seeking amendment or termination of this Agreement as the Signatory Parties, but whose signatures are not required for execution of the Agreement. The Invited Signatory to this Agreement is the Applicant.
Invited Signatories. Invited Signatories to this PA are the CPUC and SCE. Invited 205 Signatories are non-Federal entities that have specific responsibilities as defined in this PA and 206 may propose amendments to this PA. Amendments proposed by Invited Signatories may be 207 considered at the discretion of the Signatories. 208 209 (G) Lands Administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Angeles National Forest 210 (ANF) means any Federal lands under the administrative authority of the ANF. 211 212 (H) Lands Administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (▇▇▇) means any Federal lands 213 under the administrative authority of the ▇▇▇, Los Angeles District, including the Santa Fe and 214 Whittier Narrows Flood Control Basins. 215 216 (I) Lands Regulated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers means any lands subject to 217 regulation by the ▇▇▇ pursuant to section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. section 1344) 218 or other law, and for which the ▇▇▇ has issued a Department of the Army permit. 219
Invited Signatories. The BLM authorized officer may invite additional parties to participate as Invited Signatories and will invite any party with responsibilities under the agreement, such as the applicant, to participate as in the agreement. Any Invited Signatory that signs the MOA or PA shall have the right to seek amendment or termination of the MOA/PA. The refusal of any Invited Signatory to sign a MOA or PA does not invalidate the MOA or PA.
Invited Signatories. The following parties are identified as Invited Signatories to this PA: the NPS, FWHA, Department of the Army, and Department of the Air Force. Invited Signatories are given roles under Stipulations IV, V, and VI.
