Common use of Invoice and receipt Clause in Contracts

Invoice and receipt. (a) in respect of each of the Second Bikini Advance and the Second Eniwetok Advance, an invoice from the Builders demanding the payment of the “2nd Instalment” of the Contract Price payable under the Contract relevant to the Second Advance to be drawn down (payable under Article II 3(b) thereof) and a receipt from the Builders evidencing payment of such instalment in full; and (b) in respect of the Second Gala Advance, an invoice from the relevant Builders demanding the payment of the “1st Instalment” of the Gala Contract Price payable under Article II 3 (a) of the Gala Contract and a receipt from the Builders evidencing payment of such instalment in full;

(a) in respect of each of the Second Fourth Bikini Advance and the Second Fourth Eniwetok Advance, Advance an invoice from the relevant Builders demanding the payment of the “2nd 4th Instalment” of the Contract Price payable under the Contract relevant to the Second Fourth Advance to be drawn down (payable under Article II 3(b3(d) thereof) and a receipt from the relevant Builders evidencing payment of such instalment in full; and (b) in respect of the Second Fourth Gala Advance, an invoice from the relevant Builders demanding the payment of the “1st Instalment” of the Gala Contract Price payable under Article II 3 (a) of the Gala Contract and a receipt from the Builders evidencing payment of such instalment in full;
