Common use of Invoice for Hourly Services Clause in Contracts

Invoice for Hourly Services. If Client requests, and Crunchsoft agrees to perform, Hourly Services, Crunchsoft shall not be obligated to provide a Estimate and/or Proposal and/or Quote for any requested Hourly Services prior to performance of such Hourly Services; provided, however, Crunchsoft may, in its sole and absolute discretion, do so as a courtesy to Client. Any Estimate and/or Proposal and/or Quotes provided by Crunchsoft for the Hourly Services shall not be binding and Client acknowledges that the final invoice may exceed the Estimate and/or Proposal and/or Quote and Client agrees to pay the entire amount specified on the invoice. Client shall pay for any Hourly Services in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
