Invoice Price. Noven shall charge Endo for shipped Product manufactured for commercial sale in the United States on a per unit basis at Noven's actual fully loaded manufacturing cost. Noven shall charge Endo for shipped Product manufactured for commercial sale in Canada on a per unit basis at Noven's actual fully loaded manufacturing cost plus ***. Noven's fully loaded manufacturing cost shall be calculated in accordance with Section 4.03
