Invoices, Etc. If an Event of Default is continuing, on the Administrative Agent's request therefor, the Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent (i) the originals of all promissory notes and other instruments in favor of the Borrower, (ii) copies of invoices to customers and shipping and delivery receipts or warehouse receipts thereof, (iii) the originals of all letters of credit in its favor, (iv) such endorsements or assignments related to such letters of credit, notes, and instruments as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request and (v) the written consent of the issuer of any letter of credit to the assignment of the proceeds of such letter of credit by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent.
