Invoices. The awarded vendor shall submit invoices to the TIPS Member clearly stating “Per TIPS Agreement”. The shipment tracking number or other applicable pertinent information for verification shall be made available upon request.

The shipment tracking number or other applicable pertinent information for verification shall be made available upon request. Awarded vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within website, marketing materials and advertisement. Any use of TIPS name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by awarded vendor must have prior approval from TIPS.
