Invoicing by JHU. JHU may submit all invoices for any payments due in electronic form via e-mail sent to the e-mail address supplied by LICENSEE from time to time. An invoice directed to the last email address provided by LICENSEE to JHU shall be deemed received by LICENSEE when sent by JHU.
