INVOLUNTARILY – WITH CAUSE. When a complaint, report, or other information indicates that a suspension may be warranted, the Data Governing Board may initiate an investigation of complaint, report, or other information. The Data Governing Board shall immediately notify the Party(ies) in question of the investigation. When the complaint, report, or other information indicates that a suspension must be implemented immediately and, in the judgment of the Data Governing Board, it is not practical to delay the suspension while the Executive Board is convened, the Data Governing Board shall immediately:
