Voluntary Suspension. If you have Extenuating Circumstances, you may request to voluntarily suspend your Account for up to three (3) calendar months. The decision to grant a voluntary Suspension request will be at Scentsy’s sole and absolute discretion. To initiate a request for voluntary Suspension, email accountservices@ xxxxxxx.xxx. For foreign military service assignments, you may request a longer term voluntary Suspension.
Voluntary Suspension. If a Participating Agency decides that it requires a temporary suspension of its responsibility for complying with the terms of the E-MOU, it agrees to provide written notice to the Data Governing Board of its need for a temporary voluntary suspension at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to commencing its voluntary suspension. The written notice shall specify the reason(s) for, the commencement date of, and the duration of the voluntary suspension. The Data Governing Board shall simultaneously notify all other Participating Agencies, as well as members of the Executive Board of the voluntary suspension.

Voluntary Suspension. If you can't meet Younique’s minimum sales requirements for an extended period of time due to pregnancy, adoption, personal illness, family illness, or natural disaster, you can voluntarily suspend your Independent Presenter Agreement for up to three (3) calendar months by contacting Younique Support to begin the suspension. You lose all Presenter benefits and privileges during the suspension and no activity can occur (i.e., no orders; no Commissions; no trips earned, etc.), but your Downline and title stays intact. Your status will revert to normal at the end of the third (3rd) calendar month unless you reengage sooner by contacting Younique Support. You may use this benefit not more than once in every twenty- four (24) months. If you are impacted by foreign military service assignments, please contact Younique Support, and your position with Younique will be held until your service is complete.
Voluntary Suspension. We may allow you to voluntarily suspend Services and any amounts in your Monthly Account or unused Allotments will not be refunded or credited. Upon voluntary suspension, your Services and FlexAccount will no longer be available for use. Voluntary Suspension. A Participant may voluntarily suspend either his Pre-Tax Contributions, Post-Tax Contributions or both, effective as of the first day of the next scheduled payroll period for such Participant, by filing the Appropriate Form with the Administrative Committee at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first day of that month (or within such other period as the Administrative Committee may prescribe). No Basic or Matching Contributions will be made for or by a Participant with respect to any period for which his Participation Agreement has been so suspended. An Eligible Employee may reinstate his Participation Agreement as of any Entry Date after the month in which his suspension of such agreement became effective, by filing the Appropriate Form with the Administrative Committee at least fifteen (15) days before such Entry Date (or within such other period as the Committee may prescribe).
