Involuntary, Actual or Constructive Termination Without Cause or Disability. In the event that, during the term of this Agreement, the Executive's employment terminates in a Qualifying Termination, as defined in Subsection (a), then, after executing the release of claims described in Section 7(e), the Executive shall be entitled to receive the payments and rights described in Subsections (b), (c) and (d).
