Involuntary Resignation or Termination without Cause. If the Employee resigns as a result of an Involuntary Resignation or if the Company terminates the Employee’s employment without Cause, then Employee shall be entitled to the following benefits subject to the execution of a mutually acceptable separation agreement including a general release of claims with respect to the Company or its successor and related parties:
