Common use of Involuntary Termination and Termination for Disability Clause in Contracts

Involuntary Termination and Termination for Disability. In the event of the termination of the Executive's employment pursuant to the provisions of (P) 6-a or (P)6-d then all previously awarded options shall be fully vested and exercisable in accordance with their terms when issued and all previously granted shares of stock shall be fully vested and shall remain subject to such restrictions on transfer in place as of the date of the Executive's termination and the Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits and termination payments:
