Involuntary Termination; Not for Cause Termination. If the Employee's employment is terminated as a result of Involuntary Termination (whether such termination is initiated by the Company or by the Employee), or as a result of termination by the Company other than for Cause, then the Employee shall receive the following severance benefits from the Company:
