INVOLUNTARY TRANSFERS DUE TO CHANGES IN ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS. A. The Board may involuntarily transfer certified employees as dictated by pupil enrollment conditions in individual buildings or departmental areas. In order for a certified employee to be involuntarily transferred under this section, the certified employee will be given at least three (3) work days notice before the transfer is to become effective.
