TERMINATION OF THE MOU. Either party may terminate this MOU through written notice to the other party given not later than the last day in December and to be effective for the ensuing academic fall semester. In the event of termination, the Steering Committee will prepare an agreeable plan of dissolution in accordance with all Applicable Laws to be submitted and approved by the Leadership Council. In the event of termination and notwithstanding the foregoing, the 11th and 12th grades will continue operation through scheduled graduation. The 9th and 10th grades will return to the home high school.
TERMINATION OF THE MOU. This MOU may be terminated by either party at any time prior to the expiration of the MOU provided written notice is given to the other party (30) days in advance.

TERMINATION OF THE MOU. If at any time during the term of the cooperation, either of the Parties considers that the arrangement is no longer fulfilling the intended purposes or if any difficulty arises which adversely affects the arrangements, it shall notify the other Party, and the Parties shall endeavor in good faith to resolve the matter at issue through appropriate consultations. If the matter at issue cannot be resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the Parties, either Party may terminate this MoU upon advance written notice to the other Party of a minimum period of ninety (90) days. The Parties may also mutually agree to terminate this MoU upon such notice and any other terms as they may deem appropriate. If the MoU is terminated by either Party, steps will be taken to ensure that the termination does not affect any prior obligation or activity in progress.
TERMINATION OF THE MOU. In the event that it becomes necessary for the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (University) to cease being a part of this this MOU, University shall notify the other parties, in writing, at a minimum 30 days in advance of that intention and the effective date of termination of relationship.
TERMINATION OF THE MOU. LTPC and the City agree (i) the MOU is hereby terminated and no longer of any effect and (ii) neither party has any further obligation to each other under the MOU.
TERMINATION OF THE MOU. The MOU is hereby terminated and shall be of no further force or effect, except that the provisions of Articles 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12 of the MOU shall survive the termination and remain effective in accordance with their terms.
TERMINATION OF THE MOU. 13.1 This MOU may be terminated by either Participant upon three months' written notice or immediately by joint consent. This will not affect current work programmes, until the completion of the said programmes, unless decided otherwise in writing between the Participants.
13.2 In the event of termination, the commitments regarding the use of confidential information generated under this MOU will continue to apply.
TERMINATION OF THE MOU. This MOU shall terminate upon issuance of the ROD by the NEPA Lead Agency, or upon written agreement of the parties.
