Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.
MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.
Commencement of Services The Consultant shall begin carrying out the Services from the Effective Date or from such other Date specified in the SC.
Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,150,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Association, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully. PRIME CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES A. The Contractor shall be responsible for completely supervising and directing the work under this Contract and all Subcontractor(s) that it may utilize, using adequate skill and attention. Subcontractor(s) who perform work under this Contract shall be responsible to the Prime Contractor.
Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.
MANAGEMENT PREROGATIVES 2.1. The Employer retains all rights to manage, direct and control its operations, subject to the provisions of law, personnel regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, to the extent that they are applicable. These rights shall include but not be limited.
Superintendent of Schools The duly appointed executive officer of the Owner authorized to act by and through The School Board of Broward County, Florida. Referred to hereinafter as the Superintendent.
Access, Use, Monitoring and Inspection Site shall provide original or copies (as the case may be) of all Study Data to Quintiles and Sponsor for Sponsor’s use. Site shall afford Sponsor and Quintiles and their representatives and designees reasonable access to Site’s facilities and to Medical Records and Study Data so as to permit Sponsor and Quintiles and their representatives and designees to monitor the Study. 1.3.3.
Continuity of Coverage When a new employee to the district was previously employed by a SEBB employer and was eligible for SEBB coverage, that employee will have uninterrupted benefit coverage if they are anticipated to work 630 hours or more in the school year. If an employee was not anticipated to work 630 hours in a school year but meets that eligibility criteria during the school year, the employee will become eligible for SEBB benefits and will begin coverage in the month following this establishment of eligibility.
