Involvement of Senior Representatives. In the event of any dispute between the Parties regarding charges, work activities, quality of service, the interpretation of any provision of this Agreement or any other issue hereunder that cannot be resolved at the Account Manager level, the nature of the dispute will be reduced to writing and submitted to the other Party's Senior Representative within thirty (30) days of the event or circumstance giving rise to said dispute, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practical. Any such written complaint shall specifically reference this dispute provision and shall provide reasonable details regarding the nature and facts surrounding the complaint. The Senior Representative shall respond to each complaint received hereunder within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of said complaint. The Provider Senior Representative and the Recipient Senior Representative shall endeavor to amicably resolve any such dispute.
