Involvement of third parties. A Party that enters into a subcontract or otherwise involves third parties in the Action remains responsible for carrying out its relevant part of the Action and for such third party’s compliance with the provisions of this CA and of the GA. It has to ensure that the involvement of third parties does not affect the rights and obligations of the other Parties under this CA and the GA.
