IOC Hearing Officer. The local unit hereby agrees to provide the Hearing Officer with any information requested in an efficient and timely manner in order to facilitate the prompt resolution to protests filed as a result of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, any decision rendered by the Hearing Officer shall be binding on the local unit and shall be the final determination on the matter. The Hearing Officer may continue the review of a protest at his/her discretion in order to assure an equitable resolution.
