IPSAC Voting Process. Each Party’s defined voting group shall represent one vote, and each Party’s respective voting group may provide a recommendation to the JPC on behalf of the IPSAC. The voting members of the SPP portion of the IPSAC are the members of the SPP Seams Steering Committee, along with a representative from each SPP Transmission Owner that interconnects to MISO but does not have a representative on the Seams Steering Committee.
