Common use of IRO Reports Clause in Contracts

IRO Reports. ‌ Within 60 days following the end of each three-month period during the term of this IA, Xxxxxx shall provide to OIG a copy of the Quarterly Claims Review Report prepared by the IRO for each Quarterly Claims Review performed, along with Xxxxxx’x response and corrective action plan related to any recommendations made by the IRO in the Quarterly Claims Review Report. Each Quarterly Claims Review Report shall include the information specified in Appendix B to this IA.
