Common use of Irregular Employees Clause in Contracts

Irregular Employees. A. The Employer reserves the right to hire irregular employees, and these employees shall not be covered by the terms of this Agreement. B. If a temporary or seasonal employee is retained beyond one hundred eighty (180) days worked on the job, he/she shall have attained seniority unless the one hundred eighty (180) day period is extended by mutual written agreement of the Employer and the Union.
