Identification of Association Representatives. The Employer shall be informed in writing of the names of the Xxxxxxx, members of the Collective Bargaining Committee, alternate Stewards or members of the Collective Bargaining Committee, or non-employee representatives of the Association, and any changes therein, immediately upon their selection or election. The Employer will extend recognition to such individuals immediately upon receipt of this notice.

Identification of Association Representatives. The Association will furnish the Prosecutor in writing the names of its President and all officials of the Association responsible tor administering this Agreement and whatever changes may occur from time to time in such personnel so that the employer may at all times be P~O"P - 1. advised as to the authority of individual representative of the Association with whom it may be dealing.   • Designation of Representatives 9.2.1 TxDOT and DB Contractor shall each designate Authorized Representative(s) who shall be authorized to make decisions and bind the Parties on matters relating to the Contract Documents. Exhibit 19 hereto provides the initial Authorized Representative designations. Such designations may be changed by a subsequent writing delivered to the other Party in accordance with Section 9.1.

  • Designation of Representative The Director of Public Works or the Director’s authorized representative is hereby designated as the City’s representative with respect to the work to be performed under this Agreement.
