Common use of Irregularities Authority Clause in Contracts

Irregularities Authority. The Department of Certification and Designation of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy of the Republic of Poland (Certifying Authority) shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of irregularities reports. The Head of the Irregularities Authority is the Director of the Department of Certification and Designation. The Director of the Department of Certification and Designation reports directly to the Director General of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy of the Republic of Poland. The roles and responsibilities of the Irregularities Authority are stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 12.3 thereof.
