Irregularities Authority. The Verifications and Certification Directorate of the Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus (Certifying Authority) shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of irregularities reports. The roles and responsibilities of the Verifications and Certification Directorate of the Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus are stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 12.3 thereof.
