Common use of Irreparable Harm Clause in Contracts

Irreparable Harm. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that violation of Section 5 may cause irreparable harm to the Disclosing Party, and the Recipient agrees that the Disclosing Party will be entitled to seek injunctive relief if the Recipient breaches or threatens to breach this Section, without needing to post any bond, and without limitation of any other rights and remedies available to it.
