Irrevocable Forfeitures. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article IV, the unvested portion of a Member's Employer Contribution Account shall be irrevocably forfeited if he incurs five consecutive One-Year Breaks in Service and shall therefore not be restored for any reason, notwithstanding any subsequent reemployment.
