Common use of IS PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED ABROAD Clause in Contracts

IS PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED ABROAD. The Personal Data can be freely transferred outside the national territory to countries located in the European Union. The Personal Data may also be transferred outside the European Union, in particular to the United States of America, considering that the Company avails itself of the technological services of a Cloud Provider located in the United States of America. The possible transfer of the Personal Data to countries outside the European Union will occur, in any case, in compliance with the appropriate and suitable guarantees for the purposes of the transfer within the meaning of the applicable regulations and in particular of the article 44 of the Privacy Code and of Articles 45 and 46 of the Privacy Regulation. The Data Subject shall have the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data held abroad and to obtain information about the place where such Personal Data is stored by making an explicit request to the Data Controller to the address referred to in paragraph 9 of this notice.
