Common use of ISIN and Common Codes Clause in Contracts

ISIN and Common Codes. The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use an “ISIN” or “Common Code” number, and if so, the Trustee shall use the ISIN and Common Codes in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to holders of the Notes; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made by the Trustee as to the correctness or accuracy of the ISIN and Common Codes printed in the notice or on the Notes, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in any ISIN or Common Codes.
