Common use of ISIN Numbers and Common Codes Clause in Contracts

ISIN Numbers and Common Codes. The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use “ISIN” Numbers (if then generally in use) and common codes, and, if so, the Trustee and the Paying Agent shall use “ISIN” numbers and common codes in notices of redemption and other notices to the Holders as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes of a given series or as contained in any notice of a redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes of a given series, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuer will promptly notify the Trustee and the Paying Agent of any change in the “ISIN” numbers or common codes.
