Common use of ISM and ISPS Code compliance Clause in Contracts

ISM and ISPS Code compliance. The Borrower will procure that the Owners and the Approved Manager obtain all necessary ISM Code Documentation and ISPS Code Documentation in connection with the Ships and comply with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code on or before: (a) the date of this Agreement, in the case of each Existing Ship; and (b) the date on which each Ship is delivered to its Owner pursuant to the MOA relative to that Ship, in the case of each other Ship.
