ISO Requirements. 18.1 ISO 9001:2015 accreditation or a demonstrably equivalent alternative quality management system must be held by the Supplier. Certificates must be made available on request. 18.2 ISO 14001:2015 accreditation or a demonstrably equivalent alternative environmental management system must be held by the Supplier. Certificates must be made available on request. 18.3 ISO 45001:2018 or OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditation or a demonstrably equivalent alternative occupational health and safety system must be held by the Supplier.
ISO Requirements. For ISO compliance, the Supplier represents and warrants that the Supplier is ISO 9001 compliant. Compliance hereunder may be either by means of external accreditation or self-declaration. For external accreditation, Supplier will provide to Buyer, upon Buyer's request, a copy of Supplier's current registration, including the scope, Standard Industrial Classification code or equivalent, all locations involved, and any restrictions or exclusions. For self-declaration, Supplier will provide to Buyer, upon Buyer's request, a letter from Supplier's chief executive officer, chief operating officer, or other executive assuring that self-declaration was performed with due diligence based upon a previously executed internal audit report, and that such self-declaration has had executive management review and approval.
ISO Requirements. Seller shall submit to the ISO, or allow the ISO to retrieve, any meter data required by the ISO related to the Generating Facility and its Output in accordance with the ISO Tariff.
ISO Requirements. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that, as a member of PJM and the NYISO, RECO is bound by all ISO operating instructions, policies and procedures as are currently set forth, as may be revised from time to time, which are needed to maintain the integrity of the ISO System. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it will cooperate with RECO so that RECO will be in compliance with all ISO Emergency Operations Procedures, which include, but are not limited to, those procedures pertaining to minimum and maximum generation emergencies, and measures requiring involuntary Customer participation, such as supply voltage reduction or full interruption of Customer load by either manual or automatic means.

ISO 9001 is considered the standard by which the Supplier is expected to be compliant with; it is understood ISO 9004 provides a wider range of guidelines of objectives than ISO 9001, particularly for the continuous improvement of an organization's overall performance and efficiency. ISO 9004 is recommended as a guide to assist those suppliers who wish to move beyond the basic requirements of ISO 9001.
