Isolating or Disconnecting the Generating Facility. The Utility may isolate the Interconnection Customer's premises and/or Generating Facility from the Utility's System when necessary in order to construct, install, repair, replace, remove, investigate or inspect any of the Utility's equipment or part of Utility's System; or if the Utility determines that isolation of the Interconnection Customer's premises and/or Generating Facility from the Utility's System is necessary because of emergencies, forced outages, force majeure or compliance with prudent electrical practices. Whenever feasible, the Utility shall give the Interconnection Customer reasonable notice of the isolation of the Interconnection Customer's premises and/or Generating Facility from the Utility's System. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if at any time the Utility determines that the continued operation of the Generating Facility may endanger either (1) the Utility's personnel or other persons or property or (2) the integrity or safety of the Utility's System, or otherwise cause unacceptable power quality problems for other electric consumers, the Utility shall have the right to isolate the Interconnection Customer's premises and/or Generating Facility from the Utility's System.
