Issuance and Administration of Contracts. The Travelers shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and each Separate Account and a Travelers affiliated broker-dealer shall have full responsibility for the securities activities of all persons employed by The Travelers, engaged directly or indirectly in the Contract operations, and for the training, supervision, and control of such persons to the extent of such activities.
