Common use of Issuance and delivery of the Subject Shares Clause in Contracts

Issuance and delivery of the Subject Shares. On the Closing, the Purchaser shall issue and deliver or caused to be issued and delivered to the Seller a certificate evidencing Five Million (5,000,000) shares of the Purchaser's $.0001 par value common stock, which certificate shall specify appropriate legend regarding the restricted nature of those shares.
