Issuance Fee. The Borrower shall pay to each Revolving Fronting Bank for its own account such fees with respect to each Revolving Letter of Credit issued by such Revolving Fronting Bank for the account of the Borrower as shall have been agreed between the Borrower and such Revolving Fronting Bank.
